Valentine’s Day Delivery & Pickup

We are now accepting pre-orders for Valentine’s Day flowers.

All Valentine’s Day designs are available in limited quantities and must be pre-ordered.

[ Pre-Order Information ]

 

  • Valentine’s Day orders are pre-order only

  • Quantities are limited and may sell out early

  • Pre-orders will close on Monday, February 9 depending on availability

  • Orders may close earlier once capacity is reached

[ Delivery Dates ]

 

We offer hand delivery on February 13 & 14

Delivery times are scheduled by route.

 

Please note:

  • Deliveries generally go out between 2:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • On our busiest days, deliveries may arrive later

  • We cannot guarantee specific delivery times during Valentine’s week

  • Business deliveries are guaranteed by 5:00 p.m.

[ Delivery Rates & Zones ]

 

  • Local delivery: $10 (very limited area near our studio)

  • Toronto & GTA delivery: Flat rate $20

 

We offer hand delivery throughout Toronto and the GTA.

If your address is outside our delivery zone, we will contact you before confirming the order.

[ Pickup Information ]

 

  • Studio pickup is available in Vaughan

  • Pickup is by appointment only

  • Pickup availability is limited

  • You may select pickup at checkout and confirm details after placing your order

[ Floral Design & Substitutions ]

 

  • Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability

  • Designs are created in our signature style

  • We do not replicate arrangements exactly

  • Photos are examples of size and color palette

  • If substitutions are required, flowers of a similar mood and quality will be selected

  • Each arrangement and bouquet is unique.

[ Care Instructions ]

Hand-Tied Bouquets

 

  • Transfer flowers into a vase as soon as possible

  • Change water completely every 1–2 days

  • Keep flowers away from direct sunlight and heat

 

 

​

Arrangements / Centerpieces

 

  • All arrangements are designed without floral foam (sustainable practice)

  • Some water may spill during transit

  • Upon receipt, top up the vase with cold water

  • Check water level daily and refill close to the top

  • Change water every 1–2 days

​

​

[ If the Recipient Is Not Home ]

 

  • We will attempt to contact the recipient by phone or text

  • Flowers may be left with a concierge or in a safe location when permitted

  • Some buildings (condos, apartments) do not allow unattended deliveries

  • Flowers cannot be left outdoors if temperatures are below zero

 

If a second delivery attempt is required, an additional delivery fee will apply.
