  • PRODUCT INFO

    Flowers are arranged in a gift-style bag measuring approximately 4.5 inches (W) x 13 inches (H).

    Please note that the floral design itself occupies a front-facing arrangement area of approximately 4.5 to 7 inches, with the remaining height being the handle and structure of the bag.

  • IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME,

    We can leave the flowers at the front door, porch or concierge desk when available. we will call the recipient first and leave a text/voicemail to let the recipient know where the flowers were left.

     

    If a second delivery attempt is absolutely necessary, an additional delivery charge will apply. Some properties do not allow for the flowers to be left safely; condo, apartments, for example.

     

    Please note that flowers cannot be left outside in winter season if the temperature is below 0C.

    Please NOTE Deliveries generally go out between 2pm and 5:30pm, and on our busiest days, can be later. Now, we cannot offer time guarantees due to a high volume of orders.
